- Introduction
This Privacy Policy aims to inform users about the principles of processing their personal data in connection with the use of services provided by Avenue (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”). We care about the privacy of our users and are committed to protecting their personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR). - Data Administrator

We collect personal data that users voluntarily provide when using our services. This may include, among others, first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, address details and other data necessary to complete the order or provide services. - Purpose of data processing
We process users’ personal data for the following purposes: - Providing ordered services,
- Contacting users, including responding to inquiries,
- Sending marketing information (after obtaining the user’s consent),
- Fulfilling the legal obligations of the Administrator.

Personal data processing is based on: - User consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR),
- Agreement concluded with the user (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR),
- Legal obligations of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR),
- Legally justified interests of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).
- Sharing data
Users’ personal data may be shared with entities that cooperate with the Administrator, including IT service providers, courier companies, or entities providing legal services. Personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, unless it is necessary to perform the service. - Data security
The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction. - User rights
Users have the right to: - Access their personal data,

- Delete personal data (“right to be forgotten”),
- Restrict the processing of personal data,
- Transfer data,
- Withdraw consent to data processing (if processing is based on consent),
- File a complaint to the supervisory authority.
- Data storage
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, including for the duration of the contract, as well as for the time required by law (e.g. for tax or accounting purposes). - Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Any changes will be published on this page and users will be informed of the changes if they have a material impact on the way their data is processed.
