The process of analyzing the architectural design of development investments is multi-stage and includes a number of activities aimed at assessing the quality, feasibility and compliance of the project with assumptions and regulations. Below are the main stages of this process:
- Functionality analysis – Assessment of whether the layout of rooms and spaces is functional and maximizes the sales potential of the investment project
- Maximization of the possible PUM on the investment / or its optimal reduction for Premium projects
- Analysis of the visual attractiveness of the project, its coherence with the surroundings and sales possibilities
- Analysis of potential revenues from the sale of the property and assessment of the profitability of the investment.
- Based on the comments and analyses, introducing the necessary changes and improvements to the project. Each of these stages is crucial to ensure that the architectural design is not only visually attractive, but also functional, compliant with regulations and economically viable.
